Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Summerville

Rooms where immaculately clean stocked but nothing extraordinary. The service was outstanding very knowledgeable they above and beyond super friendly and that's what made the difference the hotel room is a hotel room is a hotel room however the friendliness of the staff made all the difference in the world. Location is a pain in the butt to get to all the twists and turns to get to the parking lot.

Some of the lights didn't work, the smoke alarm blinked non- stop. But the employees were just great! We got extra blankets, bought snacks there! But watch out for a Black truck taking 2 handicapped spaces, so others can't hit their truck. The shower water pressure was great!

Staff and service is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. Love April at the bar! Very friendly, will continue to return!

We stayed here due to my procedure. I recently had done and when my husband went to the counter to ask them, did they have a wheelchair for me? The young lady told him no, but then we guy came down that morning he saw a wheelchair and she was no assistance into helping him with anything Because I was still on the anesthesia at the time because I just finished with my surgery. No we had bags and a person who needed to be in a wheelchair and I’m thinking how can a facility not have extra wheelchair in case someone needs one so we do not have wheelchairs or either the clerk was just lazy and didn’t want to assist with wheelchair I would advise getting wheelchairs just in case someone needs it or has a broken foot ankle and need to ride in the elevator to their room overall nice room, very comfy bed and nice hotel.

The room and amenities are great. But for someone who stays at great hotels and we pay a lot of money especially in different states, no free breakfast!?? You guys need to change that. I’ve never stayed somewhere and had to pay extra for breakfast! I love SC!!! But come on! Even with kids, it makes it hard to go somewhere else early to go get breakfast! But I get it , always trying to make more money and not spend more! But if this helps, customers should be your priority ! This is one thing that should be included with stay ! No matter if status! We spend a lot of money just being here. We are members but I still think other customers should enjoy the breakfast too. Regardless of status!

Always an incredible stay at Courtyard hotels. Super comfortable bed great location lots of food choices walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish we had time to try out the bistro during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the 26 and 17, so you are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas, but it is a highly congested traffic area. It is nearly impossible to exit off the N26 ramp and get into the left lane to turn on Sigma Drive. Luckily, you can easily get to the hotel from the next light (Front St).
